Directions: 1760 Creekside Oaks Drive, Suite 220, Sacramento CA 95833 - Take I-5 and exit at Garden Highway. Head East on Garden Highway. Left onto Natomas Park Drive. Right onto Capitol Park Drive. First right on Creekside Oaks Drive into the parking lot.

Santa Rosa - Donate Life Ambassador Meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. inside Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital. GSDS’ team liaison leader is Marcie Becker Waldron. For more information on the meetings, please contact Marcie at: 707.935.7873, e-mail: Becker@svn.net.

Golden State Donor Services (GSDS) and Sierra Eye and Tissue Donor Services (SETDS), are committed to saving and improving lives by connecting one life to another through organ and tissue donation and transplantation. We are nonprofit, independent agencies located in Northern California, dedicate to providing individuals and families the option of organ and tissue donation for transplantation and research.
